My name is Tara and I am the mother of one beautiful daughter and four fur babies.  I am also the proud wife of a retired Air Force/Navy veteran.  Before diving into photography, I spent many years in the healthcare field, which instilled in me a profound understanding of the importance of safety, compassion, and attention to detail, values that I bring to every session.  I just love newborn photography!  Babies are the reason I started photography and I just love being able to capture all of the tiny details for parents to remember years into the future.  This precious time really does go by so fast.  Newborn photography requires someone who is very patient and gentle while putting your baby's safety first.  Not everyone can be a newborn photographer which is why I am always honored when parents trust me to capture their new baby's first portraits.  My passion is creating beautiful, classic, natural, timeless images of your newborn baby that you can cherish for years to come.  I truly appreciate the beautiful gift of a newborn baby.  It is such a joy to be able to capture this tiny new person and special time in someone's life.  

Besides my love for photography, I also love traveling, chocolate, the beach, a good book, a good movie, picnics in the mountains, a good cappuccino, and meeting new people and hearing their stories.
